Okay so I have been doing 30 ab crunches for more than a week already.. my tummy feels flatter and more solid, but the flabby portion is still there.. euwwwww.. I have measured my natural waist again, it’s 24 inches now, making those spare tyres more visible :( But it’s okay! I’ll keep on doing my crunches, and next week I’m off to the slimming center again. I think I’ve got 18 more sessions left, took a brief break during the fasting month, and now I’ll be back, 10 pounds lighter, and not because of their product. A bit annoying isn’t it.

How do I get those washboard abs? It’s truly baffling.. I’ve definitely lost an inch off my waist, used to be 26’.. but my tummy is still round and cushy.. it’s annoying. I wanna have those shopbop models’ kinda tummies :(
