As of this morning, I am down to 118, which puts me two pounds under my goal weight of 120 pounds!! I’m amazed I lost anything this week, considering Kevin and I were out of town last week, but very happy that I did it. I am also down to 26.3% body fat this morning, which is about a 3% loss from last month.

Well, after gaining 3 pounds last week, I lost 4 pounds this week, bringing me down to 121. One more pound and I’ll be down to my goal of 120 pounds!! Tried something different this week and did two Plyo X workouts (one on Wednesday and one today) instead of doing a Plyo workout on Wednesday and a Kenpo X workout today… I love Kenpo, but it’s getting too easy and I feel like I’m not getting any benefit from it anymore. Also think I’m going to try doing some of my resistance exercises while sitting or laying on my stability ball to get a little extra challenge.
Tried doing a chin-up this morning without using my chin-up assist device, and discovered I was able to do a partial pull-up! Will probably still keep using my chin-up assist until I get strong enough to where I can do chin-ups without using it at all, but that may take some time. So glad I can at least start doing some chin-ups without it though!
Back up to 125 this morning, so gained three pounds this week… not sure how that happened since the only time I ate anything that was really high fat/high sodium is last night, when we had take-out from our favorite chinese place…
I got a little off track with this goal… put on a few pounds during the month of December, but now I’m slowly starting to take it off again, down to 124.5 as of this morning! If I can keep losing weight, I could hit this goal by the end of January 2013!
