pass my driving test

since I last drove. Had every intention of carrying on, but then I got a new full time job and couldn’t see anywhere to fit lessons in, and then the idea just kinda fell of the radar. Well, I just looked at my provisional license, and don’t need to do anything with that for a while, but do need to retake my theory cos did that over two years ago.
Also looking at doing an intensive course, just doing it all in a week but jeez that’s a hellova lot of money to fork out all at once!

I wasn’t really sure which way it would go on the day, but i really didn’t expect it to be that bad! I messed it all up big style. Annoyed cause i know how to do everything, i just don’t seem to put it into practise! Oh well, just have to have another go i guess. It can’t go that badly again anyway!

Okay,if everything was going ahead as planned then I would have 3 more lessons then my test. Me and Tom agreed this morning that I’m just not ready, so we’ve gotta rebook it. Hmph. I’ve been doing this for well over a year, you’d a thunk some of it mighta sunk in by now!

Got my test confirmation through. Its the 14th May, thats far enough away that I feel fairly confident I’ll be ready by then!

I’ve been having lessons for almost a year, and it’s only the fact I’ve spent so much already that has kept me going. It’s felt stagnant for a while and I was getting really close to jacking it in but this week Tom said he wants to put me in for my test around the end of april, Hurray! Now I just need to magic up fifty squids from somewhere.
