interface PSE with 43things

I am working on a collaboration model where you take what people are interested in, what they are capable of, etc, and use this as input to a system where you can get commitments of cooperation. It looks like 43things has basically done this. So then the next step is interface PSE (http://frdcsa.onshore.net/frdcsa/internal/pse/) with 43 things. I’d also like to be able to mine 43things data and use that to contact people for whom we have a solution. For instance, when gourmet is done, contact people who want to lose weight.
