Okay am I upto 65 but I had to stop because I fell and hurt my side /ribs skiing. Think I will try to do 65 next week.
Okay – I have been managing 60 consecutive push ups a day this week (even though I am holiday). I guess next week I will aim for 65. I think this scheme is working…
My focus on this has diminished and my ability to do pressups has similarly floundered. I can still do 50 consecutively but that is hard work.
Having said that managed 200 whilst on my sunday run today (5 lots of 40).
Lets see if I can try to do 50 every morning this week….
Just managed 60 – quite pleased – can’t breathe though – wonder if I can do 100 by end of the Summer?
