My husband likes to buy and sell musical instruments. We’ve had many keyboards come through our home, but I’ve rarely played them. He made a recent purchase of a weighted keyboard and the sounds are through the computer. I was playing some of my old music that I have not played in years and years and years tonight. It was fun! It was nice. I need to get my music out more often and play the instrument. Even if it is not a piano, it is something.

I took piano lessons from 1st grade through 12th grade, and I took a semester in college as it fulfilled an arts requirement. I was able to play throughout college as my residence hall had a grand piano.
However, since graduating in 1999, I have not had access to play piano regularly. My parents have one, but dragging my kids down there so I can play piano is not practical. DH has purchased keyboards in the past. I’m not a fan of playing keyboard, but
I should dig out my piano music and just sit and play more.
