Seafood Chef...

One of my dreams, or potential goals, is to be a seafood chef living by the sea. Not sure if i would want to have my own place, though that idea would probably find its way into my mind. Currently, I think I’d prefer to just be in the kitchen, perhaps involved in purchasing.. but not have to deal too much with management and paperwork details.

Either way.. I’ve lived in the Carolina mountains for a while.. now let’s see the ocean..
