I have two separate fields which I am most interested in getting into. I have no illusions about either one being easy or glamorous However, one is that I would love to get into the hospitality industry, either hotel or restaurant.. my real preference at this point is restaurant, and more specifically fresh seafood, that’s the dream there. I am currently in school for a Culinary degree to pursue this interest.
As for music, I know, or at least feel, that I’ve waited too long to really pursue making money with music, but I would still like to try making a little.. perhaps selling for some use in commercials or something. I’d really love to write the music for an independent film. Not sure how to go about these goals at all. The music industry seems so esoteric.
