well i’ve been doing this since last january and don’t plan on quitting! So i can safely mark this as DONE :)

I’m going speed walking after work each time i have a free afternoon. That is about 4 times a week (Including Saturday & Sunday) the rest i just do mini exercises at home like situps :)
