Get turned down

... and one would be a little bit right, though mostly I’m feeling unusually good. It took a couple of weeks to work up the courage to tell her, and I did, and just because of that my emotional life turned for the better in an instant. Personal growth wins, all the way.

... but fact is, that I’m a very shy man, who doesn’t dare to ask women out. Getting turned down would mean I dared, but the rejecting itself could also be good for me. I could use the experience.
