i take sugar in tea and coffee and on cereal. i just feel like giving it up. i should be able to do it.
i’m going to update every week, for 4 weeks as a check for myself. i think after a month i will be used to not having it and i can say i have given it up. :) is a month long enough?
i’m telling lots of people that i’ve given it up to make sure they don’t put it in my drinks and i’m having to really focus when i make a drink because im so used to drinking it with sugar. hmmm.
