Take initiative

To protect birds from being traded and kept in a cage ,we have decided to start an awareness campaign.People will be educated why they should leave birds free to lead a peaceful life.

I find that i have overcome many inhibitions in the recent past .I would do more to overcome unwarranted inhibitions and timidity.i would take more initiative , without thinking too much on negative aspects.

Today i constituted a cross functional , multidisciplinary team in our organization.This was to facilitate internal communication within the organization .Whom to keep and whom to leave , were difficult decisions but three of us brainstormed about each name and did it .I thought it was a good initiative .It uplifted us a little.

I have done it , but intend to do more often.
