i have given up eating potatoes.

my walk has practically stopped due to location of new house and due to my new job.i must start substituting walk by exercise.

1.Eat less cereal;
2.Sleep 7 hours.i was sleeping less.

Three things:
1.Fruit juice in breakfast.
2.Salad in lunch
3.Steamed vegetables in the dinner.



A lesson , once more;

Recently, I fell ill after about a year .in this period , i did not eat any medicine and remained perfectly healthy .A week back , i got fever , throat infection and cold.It continued for five days.i noticed that i had stopped eating multi vitamins about three months back , my evening walk had become irregular for a month due to change in my job , my stress level had increased.Even my meditation had become irregular .i have resolved to be regular in all these healthy habits .Once again i have realized how important it is to contiue with healthy habits.
