First off, if you absolutely must tell a secret, make sure it’s one of your own. If it’s someone else’s, be extra tight-lipped. Especially if it could get someone in trouble. Don’t think it’ll never reach certain people!
Even if you tell a single person, or only your closest closest friends and make them swear not to tell a living soul, there’s still a chance that they’ll probably tell “just one person”, too. Then that someone another, and another… and so on. And the story’ll get warped along the way, too.
It will always come right back at you and kick your sorry secret-revealing ass! And don’t you just deserve it.
In other news… You’ve been doing pretty well recently. It was hard, but you managed not to tell anyone that—- Oho! Gotcha.
