made a list of all the people and agencies to whom I owe any money and will start a repayment plan to all.

the list includes credit cards, student loans, hospital bills, parents, car loans, taxes & other loans.

what will probably end up happening is once the current 401k loan is repayed, i can borrow against that whatever amount is needed to settle.

It is not advisable to borrow against the 401k but I don’t see any other choice as my credit is in shambles.

working with debt settlement company, apparently very close to paying THEM off… soon I will be able to start saving to pay off the actual debt. that would be awsome, once its done!
