sick of paying rent. might as well have the money go towards own property… with my bad credit I thought it would be impossible to get a loan. I went to some sites sent to me by the way of spam about home loans, and filled out an application, to see what price range is available. I got some calls back from three different agents or lenders.

its not a realistic goal yet.

we hate neighbors in general. hearing them stomping up and down the stairs every morning, and every home improvement project they egage in is all heard. this morning i heard the neighbor run some motorized device. it was loud enough to be heard. but that’s beside the point. we need to buy a house and stop paying rent. once my debt is paid off it would be easier to get a loan. also… we need to decide if we will be staying in new england or going elsewhere… SW? NC? what? nowhere is good enough.
