the apparent return of the prodigal son

i did not even look to see how long its been since i logged in here last, but it feels like a long time. today i did 2m of low horse stance, and it feels pretty good, as if i never stopped. i cut 44s off for the sake of easing into it again, if this is what is going to happen.

2m44s

getting easier
excellent posture, just high enough to keep the bar from rolling off the knees, maintained until last 20s.

2m44s

steady improvement. 1s/day + 1s
adding time once a week seems to be ok
repeating the previous result between sessions helps the next time.

2m36s

the excruciating suffering experienced last time was probably because i took extra time off between sessions. I repeat the temporal distance of last time today for confirmation that it is so.

most of the time my posture was good, not too low or too high.
the last 10s i sat lower than needed.

2m36s

this was one of the most brutal sessions ever… im not sure why… 44s left to go and the pain was unbearable
22s left to go and i sank too low and could not straighten more, less than 90 degrees
10s left to go and it was just counting down.
After the time was up I was dizzy, there was ringing in the ears.

A note on posture.
The straighter the back is, the easier the breathing becomes, and the exercise feels healthier overall, but the pain in the rectus femoris, one of the quadricepts becomes stronger.

2m29s

steady increase.
no shaking
last 15s strange
a bone kept popping around my right knee on the right side.

2m20s

1s/day increase + 1…

took energy pill

it was rather easy – perhaps sitting too low?

visually looked ok… but there was a certain threshold raising above which made the pain extreme. i was slightly below it.

2m14s

thats regular increase of 1s/day +1s
not too difficult yet.
1d break between sessions seems to do the trick of rebuilding muscle.

2m11s

seems easy after 5days of rest.

2m4s regular increase +1s

45s left to go shaking begins
dizziness when done
more difficult when only 1 day is passed between sessions.
