Ongoing goal

The goal is to maintain this, not necessarily arrive at a particular point. I set my reminder to daily. Hopefully I will write daily about this, in code, not just out of the considerations of security, but to save time. So as a reminder what the codes mean,

rekindling the spirit

started morning ritual, green tea, AJS10, Salute to the Sun and 10min of meditation, increasing the time slowly. Been doing this for 2 weeks now.

So far the effects have been increased sensitivity, a little more paranoia.
