I don’t know what my sight is in Snelling terms but in diopters (?) it’s -4.25/-4.00 according to my current contact lens prescription which was made 2 to 3 years ago.
I have for about two months now been trying to use my glasses/contact lenses as little as possible and trying not to concentrate on a close-up item (like the TV or computer screen) for too long of a period. I have noticed some progress, maybe not significant but I think it proves that my methods are paying off a little in that I don’t have to have my face so close to the computer screen (4 inches further about) in order to read stuff.
Now, if I used the program I bought (for $97+ shipping) on a consistent basis, I think I would have made more progress. The only thing I’m a bit scared about (which is probably holding me back from getting better vision) is that I’ll have to fork over a lot of money to get my eyes checked constantly and getting new prescriptions on glasses.
It would probably be faster and easier to get LASIK, but the process freaks me out a bit. So what I’m saying is—I’m going to give the program I bought a solid 30-day run and get back to you about the progress.
