Here are a few methods of wing meditation. The first one is an exercise meditation and the next few are just some methods of visualization and the last one is biokinesis. I hope it’ll be of helpful use to you all in getting your wings :3
1. Wing Meditation(A sort of exercise to get a feel for your wings as well as to strengthen them)
-get into a relaxed meditative state. if you wish play some music that makes you think of flying
-now monitor your breathing. for example, breathe in for 4 counts, breathe out for four counts.
-as you breathe in, visualize and feel your wings slowly rising up.
-at the peak, hold your breath and flap your wings a few times. for beginners with this meditation, just a few slow flaps will do
-on the exhale, visualize and feel your wings comming down.
-repeat as many times as you like
2. A Method of Visualization While Speaking your desires
For this meditation, you need not do much. It can take as little time as 5 minutes or as long as 30. It all depends on you and how long it takes for you to get the job done.
Step 1: Get into a meditative state and imagine(visualize) yourself flying. Try to feel what is around you as if you were actually there. Feel the wind brushing against your face and blowing through your hair. Feel the power of your wings flapping. Feel the feathers. Feel the weightlessness of flying. Feel the speed. Inhale the cold, clean air.
Step 2: As you are visualizing all of this, say EXACTLY what you want aloud. Be specific and have the intention of what you want your wings to be like.
For example: “I desire russet wings that will be wide enough to carry me through the sky with ease. They will not be tall, just wide. This way, I can fold them up under my clothes tightly. They will be able to fold with ease. On top of all of this, I will have all the adaptations needed to fly in the sky.”
Add anything else you might want for your wings. I mean, if you want to retract them, go ahead. It might just work. Don’t be afraid to get specific. Take as long as you need to. P.S. I recomend doing this while you are alone because you have to say it aloud as you do this meditation. Once you are done, just open your eyes :P
3. This wing meditation method is just a really simple and basic one. All you have to do is visualize your life with your wings. Visualize yourself flying, folding your wings under ur clothes and going about your everyday life. OR you can visualize how your life will be different. This is basically just you setting your intentions(It is basically like using the law of attraction) and visualizing what you want your life to be like when you have wings :) But i am pretty sure a lot of people do this so it probably isn’t an uncommon meditation at all.
4. This last meditation method might not be as common. It is basically using biokinesis to actually develope your wings.
All you need to do is visualize a golden glow of energy inside your back around where your wings will be(which is between the spine and shoulderblades on either side) and visualize your wings actually forming and growing. Visualize the bone forming for the wings, the muscle building over it, the skin, and the feathers. I highly suggest looking up the anatomy of wings to help with this.
Keep visualizing and stop once you have visualized all the feathers forming and you are done! I suggest doing this everyday. It will really help you develope your wings physically. There are other biokinesis methods you can use, but I prefer this one :3
