Haven’t eaten yet today, but had some coffee and made sure I put non-dairy creamer in it. I’m making sure I eat the veggies and fruits I bought last weekend, so they don’t go to waste, and am having vegan vetetable soup and saltines with fruit for dinner.

So i just never eat it. Now I’m trying to cut out all animal products after doing a bit of research and learning about “factory farms”, and the hormone injections, animal by-products in the feed, and unsanitary conditions the animals are kept in. Vegans and vegetarians are so much healthier, and it;s easy to see why few of them are overweight.
