So I discussed this goal with my brother who is a great travel buddy. He was quite excited about a cross-US trip, although he would prefer using a rental car instead of a Greyhound bus. At the moment I’m thinking this will be a 2012 goal, because that will be a US election year- I’d love to catch some of the excitement of the campaigns. Maybe I could squeeze in a trip to New York before that…? Or focus on Russia/Asia first. However this goal is definitely staying on the list.
