and that includes days when I was off sick and went to bed, remembered that I hadn’t flossed and got up to do it. I think this has become a habit.
The biggest difference to me was moving from tape to flossers which I have found easier to handle and I’m now really quick.

Flossing is now part of the evening routine I’ve been doing for two weeks now. During this time I’ve been ill twice and the routine has collapsed a bit, but I haven’t missed a day flossing.
If this continues for another two weeks I think I’ll be able to class it as a habit and tick it as completed

and that I just need to continue with the regime I’ve got. Obviously shows that my flossing is having an effect even if its not always regular yet

I am flossing fairly regularly now, about 3 or 4 times a week. However I’m not going to complete this goal just yet as I can always slip as I have in the past.
Had a dentist appointment last week and he said the mark I’ve seen on my tooth is the very early stages of decay, but I don’t need a filling. Plus if I look after the tooth well I might never need one. Now there is an incentive to look after it!

the stuff that comes out when you haven’t flossed in a while is quite distrubing, but will it motivate me?

but it wasn’t very thorough and was only because I had corn on the cob again. I need to try harder with this goal as I know it is good for my teeth and if I flossed more regularly I might not have needed my last two fillings.
