OK I’ve just fallen into an abyss of chocolate eating again. Today it was a chocolate krispy kreme doughnut that called to me. I was going to get straight on the train, but my colleague wanted a doughnut and I couldn’t resist once I was at the shop.

I was at an event on Tuesday where they had two chocolate fountains; one milk chocolate and one white chocolate with strawberries, marshmallows, doughnuts and fudge to dip in. Yum
after the wedding I thought I can eat choclate again and I’m afraid I haven’t really stopped. This will become a focus at some point for my goal of eating more healthily so hopefully it will get better soonish.
as we were given some easter eggs from my mother recently and we had to eat them before they went out of date.
I have been good at not having any at work though.
It was someone’s birthday at work today and there was chocolate chip cookies, muffins, Quality Street and doughnuts. I didn’t have a single thing.
and instead of visiting the tuck shop to buy chocolate I ate an apple. What sort of freak am I turning into!
I wonder if it is related to going to the gym. Anyway its a good thing we don’t have any in the house :D
The only chocolate I’ve had this week is two squares of green & black white chocolate on Monday. Since then I’ve had the opportunity, but have not taken it. Today I was sat next to a large pile of chocolate chips muffins and I resisted.
With me and chocolate it seems it has to be all or nothing. I wish I could learn some willpower.
Yesterday I went without chocolate all day and didn’t even want any (apart from when some one talking to me eating a penguin).
This goes part of the way to combat the large amount of chocolate I ate at the weekend at Verdi’s icecream parlour (Mumbles, Swansea).
then its not there to tempt you. However I passed my diploma this week so I am celebrating and bought a bar of green and black white chocolate and some creme eggs (you’ve got to get them while you can)
