I was off work Monday and Tuesday last week and only ate dry Chrunchy Nut Cornflakes. Since then my appetite is back, but much much smaller which has meant I’ve lost weight and fat. Yesterday I weighed 69.0kg and was 29% fat.

I’ve put some new batteries in the scales and have weighed myself for the first time in months. I weigh 70.3kg (and 31%fat). This is more than I weighed when I started losing weight for my wedding – hmm not good.
Probably what is worse is that DH has told me this evening that he now weighs over a kilo lighter than me!
I’ve found this photograph from the morning after my wedding and I look so thin. I’ve put on about a stone in the past year and this picture just proves it to me (because of course the scales could lie). Its the tummy I’m afraid.
I was slowly losing some weight and one weekend away and I’ve put it all back on and have succumbed to crisps and chocolate again. Where has my willpower gone?
Unfortunately I’ve put on all the weight I lost for the wedding (and more). When I started on here I was 67.4kg and I got down to 64.2kg; last night I was 70.6kg
A friend at work is getting married in a month and is trying to lose a stone so this morning I’ve offered to work with her (if I’ve got the conversion factor correct, it would take me down to 63.6kg so maybe a little more than I need to lose).
Last time I lost ~half a stone in six months so this maybe a bit hopeful, but its good to have a goal.
which was my motivator for this goal. Plus I had a doctor’s appointment yesterday and she commented that I had lost almost a stone in the 6 months since my last checkup. After finding out it was planned for the wedding she told me not to lose anymore.
My aim now is to eat more healthly as my chocolate intake has increased and fruit/vegetable intake has decreased over the last few weeks :o)
I’ve also been a bit piggy in the last few weeks and haven’t been exercising. HOwever I’m delighted to say I haven’t put on as much weight as I thought and I’m not 64.8Kg It must be stress
Today I weight 64.2kg this is the lowest I’ve weighed since getting these scales which was probably about a year ago
Today I weigh 64.6kg and 27% fat. I’m pleased with this as I haven’t been doing so well the last three weeks. We’ve given in at the supermarket and bought crisps and chocolate and I’ve virtually stopped eating fruit.
However I am now consisently in the 64s (or perhaps low 65s) instead of the 67s like when I started. Just over 50 days to go to the wedding can I lose any more?
I weighed in at 65.2 kg so a slight increase, but my fat had reduced to 27% so hopefully my muscle has increased
