i m bit lazy for last 2-3 days…
lazy, thinking, somtimes worried, hoping things to improve, finding out solutions, clearing my thoughts.. & really trying to get things done…
i m focused on some habits. but ruined some of them too..
things i need to change..
- more intake of fluid eatables.. i m having more than 2 bottles a day.. but need change in food..
- exercise.. need to be more flexible in case of time & place..
- study: need to stop thinking & read more..

Impossible to follow a same routine for whole month.. Uncertainty in everything including space, people around me, work..
so i will live up to 2 days system..
Today to accomplish!! tommorrow to plan!!!
- ! 2 main goals for month. !
- study for s.y
- article & coding
- ! 2 a week goals. !
- cook twice a week & try a new recipe
- call mum & dimav twice a week.. (all d time they call me.)
- ! focus on daily habit !
- brush 2 times a day :)
- 2 bottle water a day
- 2 things must be done study & work
- wash face 2 times
- apply lotion
- 2 exe: YOGA & situps
- hair care: comb 2 times a day & tie my hairs
- Pray: twice.. morning & evening
- self-help: meditation & listen to tape..
- 5 min walk in morning & evening..
- ! 2 things to develop !
- photography & editing
- concentration & focus
- find & join new social group.. review & prepare for alternate source of earning..
