I’ve been doing really well with this so far! I’ve been doing a whole body strength training routine mostly with 5lb weights and body weight. I’m not trying to get ripped, just trying to tone my body and build mass in my upper body to even out my pear shape so I’m really happy with the results so far. My arms and shoulders are really noticeably more muscular and I feel stronger overall. Going to build a bit more and try to decrease my body fat % before I call this goal complete.
