definitely worth it. mental & even physiological benefits (learned about those in psychology) plus the obvious ones of being able to look back on significnt events and track the way you’ve grown or changed. It’s a huge creative outlet for me that i carry with me everywhere.

Have started livening my journal up a bit. It’s not all just the mundane everyday happenings anymore. I’m trying to include everything that inspires me and what i’m doing when i feel happy so i can look back when i’m not feeling these things and maybe learn a thing or two about myself. The journal is a unique masterpiece that you get to create regularly.
