Got given a video of “Hadrian’s Wall, A journey back in Time” by English Heritage. Quite interesting by more about the history and not the walk.
I was going to do this with my father but after a nice day’s walking to the pub and back (a distance of 13 miles) he has decided he can’t walk that sort of distance any more :-(
Nor can my wife, she (to her credit) has always said she cant.
So its over to Katharyn, poor girl.
