Since the beginning of the year I have been consistently working out. I am proud of the fact that I have been working out 6 days a week consistently for the past 4 weeks. At work we started a biggest loser competition which I am trying to win and that will be going on for the next 14 weeks. This is an exciting time in my life right now. I love the fact that I am getting in better shape—not just for the moment but for life.

My goal is to become a healthier person, to do this I plan on working out 4-6 times a week. So far so good—this year!
