Firstly I would have to learn how to cook more things – but I have a couple of friends who are really excellent cooks, maybe they could teach me something? The other problem is my flat is tiny, a studio flat really, so I may have to ‘borrow’ a friends’ house to have it in. But, I would love to host a proper dinner party, with candles, linen napkins, lovely china and where everyone has to dress up!! It would be fun.
