earn more money

After being with the same company for almost 2 years,my last contract was in February. I waited for my next contract with this same company and when it came, I saw that my salary was less!! They offered me another job (a new one created by the company) but they didn’t want to match my last salary. I started to accept that fact until I decided to post my resume online. My resume lasted 2 days and I got the call from other company hiring me for even more money than my last company. I didn’t think it twice and accepted it.
Of course, when I told the company where I was working, that I was leavin because of the salary, they hurried to offer me more. They tried to convince me but I realize I can no longer work for a company where they only valued me when I was leaving.

i am in the same company and supposely they promoted me. But the salary was different! it was even less!! I couldn’t believe it. I will tell you my complete story once I see if I am actually earn more money that I used to.
