It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you don’t stop.
-Confucius
Slow is fine and in some ways better. When you reach any goal slowly not only does it feel better, you have a better chance of maintaining the results. It may take a while but be patient. That’s hard to say when your weight is ruining your life to the point of self loathing but moving slow is okay. As long as your moving. For some people, slow is the only way they’ll ever gain or lose weight.

Well so far I’ve gone from 83 pounds to 98 pounds. So I’ve gained 15 pounds and I’m still gaining. Here are some things I’ve done to keep gaining weight.
1. Staying consistent is more important than not missing a day. It’s better to complete day 1-15, miss day 16 and continue, than stopping completely. Be consistent. Missing 1 day won’t kill you, as long as you keep going the next day. Don’t say, well I’ll start over next week. More importantly, don’t start over, keep going, whether you miss one day or a week. Keep going.
