I am reading and doing the exercises in “Accelerated C+” by Andrew Koenig and Barbara E. Moo. I have learned a lot already and I believe that the pace will pick up as I get out of the early chapters which are partly review (for an experienced C programmer). After that, I want to look at “Thinking in C+, Vol. I.” After that, I have an OO-focused book or I could get Vol. II of “Thinking in C++.” I also need to read something focusing on STL.
