whiten my teeth

I gotta use my whitening tray and gel this week!! I will, I will, I will! I just have to remember not to use it overnight because then it will hurt so bad the next morning!

ok…my teeth are very sensitive this morning…I hadn’t done this for awhile so I expected it, but still…not fun.
But they look whiter, and that’s the goal.

This is so easy! I’ve had the little tray and whitening gel…but I need to be more consistent to maintain it. By now I need to do it every night until I reach my white goal. :) I am starting TONIGHT! that’s right!! No cold drinks for me tomorrow!
