Use my own reusable bags when shopping

We got these reusable bags at Costco and Whole Foods, they are very sturdy and I’ve been using them for all sort of things.

FINALLY!! I crocheted a medium size bag in rusty red yarn. I already have it in the car so that I’ll use it next time I go shopping.

The other day I went shopping at Ikea…and got another of their blue big bags for 59 cents to use instead of the plastic ones. They are charging for the plastic bags…GOOD FOR THEM! This is my second blue IKEA bag, they are great to have in the trunk to carry all the groceries. Anyway, glad they are “green”.

at NBC! While watching last night we decided to do more recycling. Since we got married we’ve been trying to be a lot more responsible regarding this issue.
I’ve been meaning to crochet a grocery bag forever…whether I have it done or not we’ll be using our own bags when shopping.
I’ve been taking my backpack, just have to do it more consistently!
