I’ve looked into purchasing an inexpensive brace to help with my posture. I saw that Amazon had a bunch, and some had four stars, so I may check out some of those to wear around under my clothes. I don’t know if it will actually do anything, but it’s probably worth a try, given the relative expense of the brace.

My mom (a physician) seems to think that I may need an actual physical therapist to REALLY improve my posture, because I’m a horrible slumper. I may just have to wait until I’m finally working and see a physical therapist to help me out. I was working on it with my personal trainer (yay for student rates!), but it didn’t seem to help all that much, although I do tend to slump less while actually in the gym.
