I feel like this is one of those things that I want to want to do. The problem is that I’m pretty thin, so my motivation to go isn’t very high. But I’m really super untoned, and my shrink keeps telling me that I have to start going to manage my anger.
The problems are:
1. I don’t really want the bother of going to the gym.
2. I have a million excuses.
So obviously I don’t really want to go to the gym. How do I make myself want to exercise?
Note that I already walk like 5-6 miles a day and live in a fourth floor walk up, so it’s not like I don’t exercise at all.
