put my dishes in the dishwasher and put the dishes away as soon as the washer stops

A lot of it depends on my work. I’m really on top of it this week because I am on vacation! Part of it boils down to getting the rest of the family to do their part. I don’t want to be controlling or place all the blame on them, but it isn’t always easy to keep plugging away at when I’m the only one working at it.

That’s my real goal. No more dishes with gross stuff stuck to them piled up in the sink. I want the dishwasher to be empty as much as possible so I can put the dirty dishes in it instead of in the sink.
