- Yumeiho Therapy helped to be free of pain for a few days. It’s a mix of classical massage, shiatsu, osteopathy and stretching, if I remember correct.
- Streching. Stretch often and do the five tibetan rites daily.
- Acupuncture and at the same time stopping to take painkillers. This helped a lot also in long term. I had about 10 to 15 acupuncture sessions in 6 months and I don’t need any painkillers anymore since 10 months.
