I’ve joined this website called “fitday.com” and you enter your food for the day. And if you don’t lie (which hopefully I won’t…) then it tells you the fat, protein, and carbs you’ve eaten for the day and your total calories. All that good stuff. I don’t know how accurate it is, I’ve had to “customize” some of my food since they didn’t have it, or just assume it was close enough. But, yeah, it’s def. still giving me an idea of that fact I was eating waaaay to much fat to be healthy. I get enough carbs though! Hahaaha.
