sail about the world

I read an article in “Adventure Magazine” about a young married couple who set out to sail the world. They discovered 2 kinds of married people doing this: 1- unhappy, miserable couples where one spouse was dead set on sailing the whole world in 3 years and every day was about hard driven goals, and the other spouse was miserably along for the ride. 2- happy couples who had no set goals, but were going where the wind and the tides took them. I like option #2. I don’t need to sail the whole world, just throw me in a nice blue water yacht with my sweetie for 90 days and we’ll see how far in the Bahamas and Latin America we make it. Or, perhaps a jaunt accross the Atlantic to Morrocco and the Medditerranean.
