I’m not talking one or two cheers. I’m not even talking 10. We had an all out cheer war, with the attempt to get him to 1000 cheers. Unfortunately, I had to leave, but we did very well I think. And, by cheering and reading all of his entries (we ran out of goals to cheer), I actually got to know him pretty well. And I had a great time. He is pretty funny!
Then, I was so flattered. He went on 43Peeps and said he wants to meet me. Now, if I could just find a way to get to the Netherlands for free :). Hubby has always wanted to head that way anyway. Alas, you damn Europeans are so expensive to visit.

Okay, I have gone to 43People and written entries about some of the most interesting people I have come across. Too bad they are in Europe. Not sure I’m as far as meeting them, but they seem pretty cool Although, what better than some friends in Europe to visit one day!

Then I realized that in order to contact anyone I need to be on 43People. This is the site I didn’t get. So I kept off it. I didn’t know anyone on 43Things yet so I started adding people like rock stars and politicians. Now I see it’t more useful this way. Pariah! You are not on 43people. So now what?

Okay, so you find a really cool list and really cool comments. You think hey, this person is interesting. You comment on his or her things and the banter begins. Now what? Is this like 1st grade? “Do you wanna be my friend?” It would be so cool to make a connection, perhaps start e-mailing outside of 43things. But how on earth would you be able to do that without posting your e-mail address to EVERYONE? It’s perplexing. But I’ll figure it out.
