So in searching for an old recipe I know I posted here a while ago, I realized that I have posted so many of my favorite recipes and so many new recipes that I loved but never made again. They just got lost in the blogosphere. Plus, I have used several recipes from my 43Things friend that I continue to enjoy.
So why not create my own cookbook that I can reference whenever I want to and perhaps save for posterity.
Yay! So I found tastebook.com. You can post your own recipes and have it printed with pictures and all for a very reasonable price.
Holy cow this was easy. So I began copying most of my posted recipes that I loved, along with the great comments from fellow chefs here on 43things. And voila. It’s my own cookbook!
It took me a couple of weeks to sort it all out. Now I’ll need to go back into it and catch all my typos. Next, I’ll have to start cooking them all again so I can take good photos of them. I’m hoping that in the next few months I can finish this. Although there are literally 65 recipes in it! Who knew!?
I’ll keep you posted.
