Fine. Great. You come to my house for an estimate and then I never hear from you again. F.U. I am smart enough. I’ll do it myself.
Had a guy I know (contractor/carpenter) come for an estimate. I’m going with the synthetic wood. I never want to paint, or seal. Just power wash. But the cost my make me cry. And since he was here, I had him look at the back deck that needs to be replaced. I KNOW I will cry when I see that estimate.
