i’m a vegetarian, so i feel that i’ve already done a lot in cutting out some of the, what i see as, unnecessary foods in my diet.
unfortunately, i’m still captivated with junk food of all sorts. which continues to disgust me on a regular basis.
so really, i’m working on narrowing down my diet to basic healthy, natural foods. i just know it will make me feel phenomenally better off, both physically and mentally.
