Failing dismally!!

I’ve gone from a couple of glasses to lucky to drink anything again.



Gotta do it

I have gotta force myself to drink water – I am so noticing it, but still I manage to avoid water



I moved workstations

and put my bottle in a box and it still hasn’t made its way out onto my new desk – thereby leading to absolutely no water being drunk today at work- very naughty after doing so well in getting through a minimum of one bottle at work.

I have only had two glasses today – better drink a couple before bedtime.



Now I have two goals that include water

Now I have added the cleansweep checklist thing I have a defined more water. I have to drink at least 2 litres a day now. I was getting there with the drink more water we have managed to get to the second bottle each day now for 3 days. The goal now is to drink 2 bottles (2 litres) I will mark this off after 28 days of doing so.



Water Bottle

In order to achieve this my husband bought me a bottle to fill with water so that I have at least 3 glasses each day at work. Yesterday I drank the whole bottle – working on a bottle and a half today and 2 bottles on Monday. I’ll keep going up until I reach that magic eight glasses a day.



Half way?

I drank 5 glasses today – 4 375 ml and 1 250ml so that is 1.75 litres just over half way to my 3 litres a day.



Trick Those Body Fat Scales

We have these scales that measure your body fat – I want to trick it into having less than 20% body fat by increasing my hydration levels – current readings are 26.4% body fat 51.2% hydration.

I think it will also help with my skin during pregnancy – assuming we get to the start of the have another baby goal.
