Believe in myself

The biggest thing that I learned about believing in myself is that it helps me during the day and it makes me stronger when I have to deal with people and circumstances.

There are things that I have not attempted in my life because I simply state that I am afraid. Driving?! I still have not gotten the permit to practice. What am I waiting on? The longer I wait the more difficult it becomes.

I have not gone back to school to tackle a career. I am floating on the job that I am in and then telling myself that I am grateful for the job so why rock the boat. I know better than that and I am going to look at fear and finally see what it looks like. I think its like a circus mirror where we stand and we notice that certain parts of our body and large and distorted and we are interested but a bit queasy because we feel that it what we really look like.

My best friend came over to the house today because she wanted to spend time with my kids, she is their godmother. It is always fun having her around because she is a loving and a kind person. I realize that believing in myself is shown in the way I treat myself and the way that I treat myself. I am thankful for a great life and great relationships that are a part of it.
