listen to every song on my ipod alphabetically without skipping anything

I finished this today- no cheats! Huzzah!

Seems I fell off the radar about reporting on this project, alas I am still going strong. Admittedly the project did take a bit of a back seat after the release of several albums I became obsessed with this year that barely left rotation for months.

I am currently buried in the Thes. I expect to be here for quite some time.

... and it’s goodbye to E, F and G. I recently took the uncharacteristically non-sentimental move of DELETING some music off my iTunes- stuff I’ve had forever that just doesn’t interest me, not even on a gulity pleasure sort of level. Meh.

Current tally- 1,532 of 4,705 (hmm, it seems I need to remove the same junk off my iPod and load my new shiny stuff)

I’ve just hit the E’s and I’m over the 1,000 song mark.

I found my list of songs starting with D ultimately quite uninspired, for the most part. :\

I’ve decided any duplicates can be skipped, as can any bad recordings can, too. Wee! Fun.

Going strong. Up to the “All” songs. Realised I have to remove Alanis Morissette’s “Under Rug Swept” album as my iTunes didn’t co-operate with my CD. I need to get that replaced as I quite like that album.

... and I’m still cheat-free. After the Justin debacle, I realised Elvis had a lot of parentheses in his song titles too, resulting in no less than four Elvis songs in a row. Now I’m up to songs beginning with the number 3, and currently I’m noticing the Beastie Boys have at least 3 songs starting with the letter 3.

This is going to take much longer than I first thought.

As it stands: 42 of 4,618.

I started this today, and almost cheated at song #4 (of almost 5,000) when I realised I have Justin Timberlake’s Futuresex/Lovesounds album and some of the songs have parentheses in their titles. Maybe it’s better that I’m getting those out of the way? I hate that album and would delete it if I wasn’t such a music hoarder.
