I would have to change too much else in my life for this to keep happening. I can do it if necessary, but it is not going to be a habit. I did it this past week, so done!

It is just never going to happen that I can maintain this. Currently this is not good. However in the past it has been appropriate. Crossing this off now.
Doing it right now.
I think I will give up for the rest of this week. Start again on Sunday night! Sheeeesh.

I am aiming for turning off by no later than 12:30 am this week. If I can pull that off, or something close to that, then I will try again for midnight the following week.
I might be cheating being that it is summer and I have a bit more freedom than during the academic year. But we will see.

R I actually kept it on past midnight but was all shut down by before 1:00 am.
F at about 12:15 – 12:30am.
This is step one for improving my sleeping habits, which is a longer term/larger scale goal on my list.
I think I will call this goal completed when I can do it for two weeks straight.
